Tribute - "Bravo à nos chercheurs!"

On November 11th 2020, José Côté was honored at the event "Bravo à nos chercheurs!" from the Université de Montréal for the renewal of her mandate as holder of the Research Chair in Innovative Nursing Practices (2020-2025).

2019 Women of Distinction Award

José Côté, Chairholder of the Research Chair in Innovative Nursing Practices, received the 2019 Women of Distinction Award in the category Sport and Health/Wellness. This recognition is awarded by the Women’s Y Foundation of Montreal.

Tribute – Canadian Institutes of Health Research (CIHR)

The Canadian Institutes of Health Research (CIHR) created a storybook "The faces of health research” to honor the work of researchers. The TAVIE™ interventions were selected to illustrate life-changing research.

Tribute – "Bravo à nos chercheurs!"

On May 16th 2017, José Côté was honored at the event "Bravo à nos chercheurs!" organized by the Université de Montréal. This tribute underlined her obtention of the Prix Égalité Thérèse-Casgrain and of the Prix Florence.

On April 20th 2016, José Côté was honored at the event "Bravo à nos chercheurs!" from the Université de Montréal for the renewal of her mandate as holder of the Research Chair in Innovative Nursing Practices (2015-2020).

Prix Florence 2016 

José Côté, Chairholder of the Research Chair in Innovative Nursing Practices, received the Prix Florence 2016 in the category Recherche en sciences infirmières. This recognition is awarded to nurses who distinguish themselves by their leadership, creativity, expertise and their contribution to the promotion and advancement of knowledge in the nursing field.

Prix Égalité Thérèse-Casgrain 2016

In March 2016, the « De VIH-TAVIE à TAVIE-Femme : pour mieux répondre aux besoins des femmes vivant avec le VIH » project was selected as winner of the Prix Égalité Thérèse-Casgrain 2016Catégorie Santé.

Tribute – Evening "Bravo à nos chercheurs!"

During a special event May 6, 2015, the rector and the vice-rector of research, creation and innovation from the Université de Montréal paid tribute to the researchers of the Université de Montréal who obtained awards, distinctions, professorships, major grants and those who made an outstanding contribution to innovation in Quebec during the last year. José Côté was honored at this event in the category Technological Innovations for TAVIE projects.

Millenia2015

In 2013, VIH-TAVIE™ was selected by Millenia2015 to illustrate female solidarity in the field of telehealth.

Sanofi "Care Challenge" international prize

In 2012, VIH-TAVIE™ was selected as a winning project in the Helping Hand – research category of the Care Challenge. The aim of this competition is to share innovative nursing ideas and to help build an online community around these initiatives. The competition also provides an opportunity for nurses, policy-makers and administrators to quickly seize new ideas in chronic disease management and to put them into practice.

Finalist in the “IT serving society” category of the OCTAS competition

VIH-TAVIE™ was a runner-up in the “IT serving society” category of the OCTAS competition held by the Quebec IT Action Network.
